A musician who loves to explore, or an explorer who loves to make music? Either way: my two greatest passions – music and travel – have shaped my life. Growing up on the Caribbean island of Cuba before moving to the US, I found myself surrounded not only by beautiful beaches, but also plenty of culture, thanks to my formation as a classical pianist.
Learning about universal arts and the lands where they originated sparked in me a profound desire to travel the world. That’s why I made it my goal and crossed the Atlantic on a flight to Europe at 18 years old! Ever since, I have worked to fulfill my life-long purpose of traveling far and wide in search of discovery and excitement.
Countries like Spain, France, Italy, and Germany hold a special place in my heart and have helped me understand the interplay between culture and country. Due to their great contribution to the fine arts, these places are among the incredible destinations that I hope to help you discover. From the flamenco rhythms of Spain and the unique architecture of Gaudi; to Italy, the romantic birthplace of opera and the master painters DaVinci and Botticelli…we can work together to make your travels a true cultural immersion to remember!
Aside from traveling and earning a bachelor’s degree in music performance, I have worked as a piano teacher for ten years. Teaching (in English and Spanish) people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds, working closely with families, has allowed me to enjoy firsthand the fruits of collaboration towards a common goal.
