To allow us to provide you with the highest level of service and expertise, Q Cruise + Travel charges the following for its services:

Initial Consultation

  • “Getting to know you’ Consultation, up to 20 minutes, per trip: Complimentary

Vacation Planning Services

  • Cruise/Tour/All-Inclusive Resort Retainer:
    Includes research and proposal (up to 3 hours), reservation management and support services, access to Q and Virtuoso benefits: $100 per person based on double occupancy; $150 per person based on single occupancy
  • Tailored Custom Vacation Arrangements:
    Itinerary planning and research (up to 4 hours): From $300 per trip/couple
  • Cancellation Administration Services:
    In addition to charges by travel supplier: $100 per person

Airline Reservations

  • Flight Research:
    Itinerary Recommendations, up to two options per trip: From $50 per itinerary
  • Flight Ticketing and Management Services (in addition to supplier charges):
    • Domestic US, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, Intra-Europe: $35 per ticket
    • International long-haul: $75 per ticket
  • Flight Cancellation/Refund/Reissue (in addition to supplier charges): $75 per ticket

Additional Services

  • Hourly Rate for additional revisions, research, Concierge services: $100 per hour
  • Last Minute Planning (within 60 days of departure): $100 per trip
  • One-off Hotel, Car Rental, Rail Consultation Services: $50 per destination
  • Shipping Fees: Charged at Cost

All charges are non-refundable and are in addition to amounts assessed by airline, cruise line, tour operator, hotels and other travel providers. Charges indicated above may vary by Advisor. Fares and availability may change until locked in with a (deposit) payment.
