Online Check-In

Excited about your upcoming cruise?  Great – you should be!  But don’t forget about a very important step: take a few moments now to provide the cruise line with the information they require.

Advance Online Cruise Registration

Mandatory registration is required for all guests in advance. Don’t do it and you may find yourself denied boarding, without a refund!  Due to government regulations, cruise lines must submit final departure manifests prior to sailing.  Most cruise lines request guests to submit passenger immigration information and/or complete their online check-in as soon as possible, but no later than 3 to 4 days prior to their cruise departure.

Check-in online for your cruise now, following the link for your cruise line below.  Some cruise lines ask you to create an online account to access your reservation.  We recommend that you gather the following information before you start, to make the process easier:

1. The reservation/confirmation number issued by your cruise line, ship name and sail date
2. Passports for all travelers (check once more that the names on your reservations exactly match those in your passports, and that your passports are valid for at least six months after your return from this trip)
3. Dates of birth and contact information for all travelers
4. Arrival and departure (flight) information
5. Contact information for an emergency contact (someone who is not traveling with you)
6. Credit card to use for onboard expenses

Missed your Online Check-in Deadline?

Less than three days before departure and haven’t completed your online check-in in advance?  You may be required to complete this process at the pier – but don’t dawdle!  You should check-in at least two hours before the published sailing time.  Some cruise lines require you to be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time
