I am a lucky guy: I get to pursue my two great passions – theatre and travel. As a stage actor in Chicago, I entertain and enlighten. As an experienced travel advisor, I send fellow travel lovers around the world on meticulously-executed trips of a lifetime.

I’m definitely a people person – and someone who derives great pleasure in using my experience and insight to craft wonderful vacations for my clients. A Midwest native (I grew up six miles from The Field of Dreams), I’ve spent time in Alaska and traveled to Europe and throughout the Caribbean.

Since I’ve traveled extensively – on ships ranging from small boutique river cruise ships and the famous Queen Mary 2 to the world’s largest “cities at sea” like Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas – I’m adept at matching my clients with the cruise line and ship that best suits them, and then help them further customize their vacation.

While I haven’t received a Tony (yet), I was awarded the “Outstanding Sales Achievement Award” in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and named one of “Virtuoso Cruise Icons” in 2020 and 2021.  In addition, I am consistently one of Cunard Line’s top sales agents – and was invited by Cunard Line to revisit “my lady”, the QM2 when she returned into service after her “Remastering” (Give me a call and I will tell you all about it!).

But my greatest award? The kudos I receive from clients when they return from a vacation I planned for them.

My Most Recent Travels

• Meandering on the Mississippi on American Queen Steamboat Company’s American Queen
• “Testing” the new Norwegian Encore, a brand-new mega-ship with fantastic entertainment options for all ages.
• A Transatlantic Crossing with a twist: from the UK via Iceland to Canada, ending in New York City on Cunard Line’s Queen Mary 2.
• To further my “Aussie Specialist” training I completed a study tour of Sydney, Australia, and the Outback town of Broken Hill in New South Wales.
• A luxury cruise along the coast of Portugal, Spain and France on the beautiful Silver Spirit of luxury cruise line Silversea Cruises.
• An Italian adventure on Azamara Journey, one of the two small, deluxe cruise ships of Azamara Club Cruises. We explored the Amalfi Coast and Sicily, as well as Malta. At the end? A lovely stay in a small luxurious boutique hotel in Rome – gorgeous!
• A quick escape to New York City where I visited a number of our Virtuoso Preferred hotels – as well as my favorite Cunard Line ship: Queen Mary 2
• A European river cruise on the Rhine, sailing from Switzerland through Germany and Holland. “Tested” two of our Virtuoso Preferred hotels in Basel, Switzerland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands before and after the cruise. What a wonderful way to see Europe!
• A luxury weekend getaway at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, one of our Virtuoso Preferred hotels.
• An all-inclusive Caribbean vacation in Jamaica
