With Passover here and Easter just around the corner, the team at Q wishes you all the best for the holidays! In these unusual and challenging times, we hope you and yours are and stay well.

We’d also like to take a moment and say “thank you” to the many clients who have reached out to us, simply to ask how our team is. We are touched by your concern and are happy to say that all of us are well. We are now in our third week of working remotely, and the Q team is here if you need us.

Q is open. How can we help you?

Our “office” continues to be open during our regular business hours (9:30am to 6pm Chicago time, Monday through Friday).

Over the past weeks, we have helped clients en route come home safely.  We’ve answered many questions about travel restrictions. We’ve kept abreast of the numerous changes to travel partners’ “pause” in operations, cancellation and rebooking policies. And of course we helped clients with imminent travel plans postpone and rebook their vacations.

Now is not the time to travel. But our clients tend to be avid explorers who enjoy having something to look forward to. So, for those who are ready, we continue to plan vacations for later this year, as well as 2021 and 2022.
